Norman Rockwell museum

We traveled the back roads to Stockbridge, MA. The fall colors were so pretty as was the quaintness of the area. There were alot of “wows” and “look at that” from both of us. The camera cannot capture the beauty of it all.
The Norman Rockwell museum was showing was a special exhibit on MAD magazine. After we viewed the Rockwell section ( fun to see the old magazine covers) we launched into MAD magazine. We chuckled along with everyone else at the satire and wittiness of the writers and artists. At times there were loud outbursts of laughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the museum store too.
We are now on our way to Watkins Glen and to visit Rick’s army buddy Michael. Not sure we’ll make it that far tonight.
