Williams Creek Campground

First trip of the year! We had family commitments and have been working around the house/yard/garden so we are getting a late start. We are 23 miles north of Pagosa Springs in a USFS campground (so half price for us seniors 👏) for three nights. Lovely views from our site although we didn’t explore the whole campground yet. The sites are well spaced out and private. Everyone in this loop is quiet and we didn’t hear any generators!
We got rained on at home while packing up, dumped on heavily in the San Luis valley and a little rain after dark. The camper has some mud splash on it so we will clean it off today.
Plan on going to the nearby reservoir to check out the fishing and the gravel riding trails as well. No cell service (😊).
