Busy day

We started out fishing and this time Rick caught a beautiful rainbow trout ( and Simon helped😉). After that we decided to head up to independence pass. We did the tourist trail and then Rick and Simon climbed down to a snow field where Simon rolled in it like it was January! He has always loved the snow.
We then went to the North fork trailhead and got as far as the creek. But only Rick and Simon could cross it. Susan didn’t want to end up in the water!
We came back to camp and had a quick lunch before we all had our afternoon nap. Life is sure good 😊 Tomorrow is bike day!
