JP told us about a bike trail around Little Rock so we thought we’d get exercise while exploring. There was a century bike ride happening on the trail that we couldn’t avoid. As we rode through the staging area, we were given a participation medal! We finally got going in the right direction and rode for 27 miles crossing the Arkansas River (yep, it’s BIG here!) on the longest bike/pedestrian bridge in the world, the Big Dam Bridge. The weather was perfect for riding. A little humid and in the 70’s. We found Little Rock very friendly and easy to find our way around.
